Reframing is a powerful and simple (though often difficult) tool that you can use to change the way you look at your past experiences. It can help you change painful memories and see them differently. In this video I use a silly example, but the principle is still the same – reframe your past so that you can heal and move into a better future that isn’t dictated by your past any longer.
