Make Sure What Goes in Their Ears Goes Through Their Brain!
Don’t forget this important step when you are teaching anyone something new. Whether an employee, coworker, family member, class member, etc. In order for it to go in their ears and out their mouth it has to pass through their brain, so use “Teach Backs” to reinforce the learning and ensure it sticks.
